These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 74jewelph ("74jewelph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 74jewelph online gaming platform, website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To access the full range of 74jewelph services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account registrations and ongoing account maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 74jewelph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 74jewelph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): 74jewelph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or other government-issued photo identification.
5. Account Ownership: Your 74jewelph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the 74jewelph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 74jewelph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and other payment channels as may be made available on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change at 74jewelph's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds belonging to third parties, including credit cards or bank accounts not registered in your name, is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 74jewelph aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 74jewelph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to users.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. No foreign currency conversion is offered on the Platform.

74jewelph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and other conditions are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 74jewelph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have opted into the promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• 74jewelph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or has violated these Terms.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the 74jewelph Platform, including live casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, and all other game types:

• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes on the 74jewelph Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• Bet Acceptance: 74jewelph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed in error, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets that appear to be part of a coordinated strategy to exploit the Platform.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, 74jewelph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 74jewelph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

74jewelph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 74jewelph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 74jewelph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 74jewelph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 74jewelph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or connectivity issues beyond 74jewelph's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform's availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond 74jewelph's control, including force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or materials published on the Platform.

74jewelph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 74jewelph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

74jewelph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Cessation of 74jewelph's operations in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements. Balances associated with accounts terminated due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 74jewelph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

74jewelph operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operators serving the Philippine market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

74jewelph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 74jewelph will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
